Today’s motto: When they flood the zone, pick up a snorkel.
Alt text: The anatomy of a snorkel - labelled parts include splash guard, tube, mask clip, mouth piece, purge valve. Not pictured: the ‘control F’ function for searching for your key words, the mental ‘control F’ of seeing the Forest for the trees, the reminder that when a riptide comes you go with it, not against it, or the heckler in the back who wants me to know that “flood the zone” has nothing to do with swimming, and that snorkels don’t help with floods. I’ve got you. Forest for the trees, baby.
Read what you want or need to get the details, or stick with the toppling:
Each of these documents reinforces the extent to which the AFGHS roll out undermines American health security, moves away from evidence, undermines anyone’s ability to assess the impact of investments, and puts the Department of State in charge of the global CDC presence in many countries.

This is invaluable to have this all one place. It’s so time consuming to navigate all this. Thank you for sharing with everyone to save us all a lot of headaches and better set us up to do our work.
